Return & Refund Policy

(No Returns)

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Craft Peptides Management Services Organization ("Craft Peptides," "we," "us," or "our") provides management and support services to affiliated healthcare professionals and pharmacies that deliver peptide therapies and related services to patients across the United States.

Due to the nature of the items and services facilitated through our platform and the regulatory and safety standards that apply, all sales are final. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • • Prescription (Rx) medications
  • • Compounded medications
  • • Over-the-counter (OTC) products and supplements
  • • Peptide therapies in any form
  • • Devices, accessories, and wellness tools
  • • Branded merchandise or apparel

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold, even if unused, unopened, or in original packaging.

2. Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Reasons

Our no-return policy exists to protect patient safety and comply with applicable laws, pharmacy standards, and professional guidelines. Once items leave the control of the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment partner:

  • • We cannot verify that they have been stored, handled, or maintained under appropriate conditions.
  • • We cannot guarantee sterility, potency, or item integrity.
  • • Many medications and health-related items are prohibited from being returned to stock or resold once dispensed.

3. Order Review and Confirmation

To help prevent issues:

  • • Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and selections before checkout.
  • • Confirm that your prescription information, quantities, and formulations are correct.
  • • If you have questions about an item, dosage, or treatment plan, contact us or your provider before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although we do not accept returns, we will review cases where:

  • • The item arrives visibly damaged or defective, or
  • • You receive the wrong item due to our or our partners' error.

In these limited situations:

  1. 1. You must notify us in writing within 3 days of the recorded delivery date.
  2. 2. You may be asked to provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item.
  3. 3. At our sole discretion, we may offer replacement of the affected item, or store credit/refund for the affected item only.

5. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If a package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered:

  • • We may assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier where possible.
  • • Any replacement or credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

6. No Refunds for Services

Fees for professional and administrative services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • • Telehealth consultations
  • • Provider assessments and follow-up reviews
  • • Prescription evaluation, review, and issuance
  • • Administrative, coordination, platform, or processing fees

These services are considered fully earned when provided, regardless of your subsequent use of any prescribed items.

7. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for charges that comply with this policy may result in:

  • • Suspension or termination of your access to Craft Peptides-supported services
  • • Collection efforts and any associated fees to recover amounts owed

We encourage you to contact us directly with any concerns before disputing a charge.
